The 'Before' Pictures

We're proud to say that we're selling this home for the second time. We were the Buyer's Broker for the current seller, so we know how much he has done to bring out the beauty, the luxury, the style and the grace of this home. It was wonderful when he bought it, but he has given it as much as he got from it. Big things like the pool and the Back Yard landscaping, but also dozens of small touches like the tasteful painting he did in every room, like lightening up the color of the ceiling beams to bring out the richness of the wood. As you look through these photos, just two years old, reflect on how much the seller has done – and on how much more you will be able to do when you make this home your own.

The Front Yard landscaping hasn't changed much, except now the grass is alive.
